David Gene Hensley, 58, of Moline, IL, died Friday, September 14, 2012 at his home.

Visitation is from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Laborer's Hall Local #309, 2835-7th Avenue, Rock Island.

David was born on January 26, 1954, in Kewanee, the son of Ray and Beverly (Gorey) Hensley.

David worked out of the Laborer's Local #309, last working in 1998. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
