Shelly Renee Wright, 45, of East Moline, IL went home with Jesus on January 19, 2012 after a year long battle with cancer in the home of her mother and step-father surrounded by family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL with Pastor Paul Meyers of Roscoe United Methodist Church officiating. There will be a visitation from 2 p.m. until service time. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for her children and grandchildren.

Shelly was born on December 28, 1966 in Moline, IL to Allen L. and Carolyn (Kusnerik) Wright. She graduated from Moline High School in 1985. She was a CNA and worked in several Quad Cities nursing homes, more recently Illini Restorative Care. She loved her geriatric family and her Tennessee Titans.

She is survived by her three beautiful children whom she loved so much; Michael C. Lewis, Jason A. Wright, and Aundrea Wright all of Moline; grandchildren, Tavarias Lewis (his mother Whitney Eckermann) of Milan, and Kayleb Fentress of Rock Island. Her mother and step-father, brothers Jerry (Helen) Wright, Jeff Wright both of Moline and sisters Lisa (Dan) Behrens, Pleasant Valley, IA and Tisha (Todd) Stump, Hershey, PA. Step-sisters and families, Krystal (Moises) Arevalo and Kelly (Jim) Holocker, Ancona, IL, Aunt Kathy Martens and Uncle Calvin Wright both of Moline. Nieces and nephews; Craig, Zach, Hannah, Ryan and Kolby Wright and special friends, Terry, Vikki, Deb and Russ, Danielle, Michelle, Becky and many others.

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen L. Wright; infant brother, Craig; grandparents, Kenneth and Aileen Litton of Woodhull, IL and Edgar and Lenore Wright of Centerville, IA.
